To book one of our courses, please complete the form below. We will contact you to answer any questions you may have, register you on the course and take a deposit or full payment if the course booked is within 4 weeks. We will then send you a student handbook which will give you all the information you require about your course.
A 20% deposit is required to secure your place on the course. Course fees are payable in full within 4 weeks prior to commencement of the course. We accept all major credit cards and cheques. Please contact us on 01590 624467 to make a payment.
Our Thai Massage course is strictly limited to 8 places per course. Course fees and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the cancellation is due to bereavement of an immediate family member, parent, sibling or child or if you are suffering from illness, we will transfer your booking to another course. The booking may be transferred once and must be taken up within a year. Should SenSpa Academy have to cancel a course the student will receive a full refund or a credit note (depending on the student’s preference). In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled, SenSpa Academy will not be liable for any expenses incurred by the participant associated with joining that course. SenSpa Academy reserves the right to change details of courses without advance notice, and to ask a student to leave the course (without recompense) if their behaviour is not conducive to a team environment. We are not able to offer refunds for cancellation caused by circumstances outside our control including industrial action, weather, flooding etc.
Name changes are subject to a fee of £30 per student, per booking up to the day prior to the scheduled course start date.
SenSpa Academy reserves the right to change the course content and trainer should it be necessary.
